Quotes and Estimates
Prices, discounts and promotions shown on this website are illustrative and are not a binding offer. A firm price is provided only after a technician inspects the door on site. Any discount is applied to the final quoted price, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Scheduling and Service Windows
Same-day and emergency availability depends on technician workload, weather, travel distance and parts availability. We will always confirm an appointment window with you before dispatching a technician. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major payment methods. Unpaid balances may accrue interest and reasonable collection costs as permitted by law.
Warranty
Workmanship and parts are covered by the warranty stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, weather events, vandalism, unauthorized modification, work performed by others, or normal wear. Manufacturer warranties on doors and openers are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to you.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe, clear access to the garage and the door being serviced.
- Keep people, pets and vehicles away from the work area.
- Disclose any known prior repairs, structural issues or DIY modifications.
- Ensure whoever authorizes the work has the right to do so for the property.
Safety Notice
Garage door springs and cables store extreme tension and can cause serious injury. Do not attempt to adjust, wind, or remove springs, cables or drums yourself. Information on this website is general guidance and is not a substitute for professional inspection.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost income, or property damage not directly caused by our work.
