This policy explains what information AR Garage Doors ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit one of the request forms on this site, we collect:
- Your name and phone number.
- Anything you choose to tell us about your garage door problem (the issue you select or the message you write).
- That your request came through the website (eligible for the website discount).
- Advertising-click details attached to your visit, when present: Google click identifiers (gclid, wbraid, gbraid), campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, campaign and ad-group identifiers, keyword, match type, device), the page you submitted from, and an internal request identifier we generate to match your submission to our records.
If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the contents of the call or message.
Why we collect it
- To call or text you back about your service request — this is the only reason we ask for your phone number.
- To know which advertising brought you to us, so we can measure and improve our ads.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
Form submissions are transmitted and delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Our website hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.
How long we keep it
We keep service-request details for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain ordinary business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time. Call or text (513) 328-8260 and tell us the name and phone number you submitted, and we will remove it from our records.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
